Julius Agwu Declares Intention To Run For Governorship Seat in 2015

With the rapid switch of Nigerian entertainers into politics, one can only wonder and wait for the fruits that the 2015 elections will bring forth.

At first, it was Desmond Elliot that gave us surprise when he recently made it known that he was running for a seat in the Lagos State House of Reps in order to help common men, and before we could blink our eyes, Kate Henshaw got us shocked with her aspiration to contest for the Federal House of Representatives for Calabar Munical/Odukpani Federal Constituency under the flag of the Peoples Democratic Party in the primaries coming up in October. And now….Comedian Julius Agwu has officially declared his intentions to run for governor of Rivers State in 2015. Yes, you read right and it is no joke as Linda Ikeji reports that Julius said he decided to join the governorship race after pressure from his people to lead them. The Comedian, who recently celebrated his 41st birthday made it known that the party he will contest under will be unveiled in due course he says.
