Man Sets 6 Of His Colleagues On Fire After A Heated Argument

In a rather bizarre development, a worker with an unnamed manufacturing company in Amuwo Odofin area of Lagos State, Moses Ayogu has been arrested by the police for setting ablaze six of his colleagues, following a heated argument between them.

Sadly, two of the workers reportedly died, while four others sustained varying degrees of burns and have been admitted to Apapa General Hospital. Meanwhile, the suspect had been arraigned at Apapa Magistrates’ Court but the presiding magistrate ordered the transfer of the case to Kirikiri Magistrates’ Court for proper prosecution and ordered that the suspect be remanded at Kirikiri Prison.

According to police source, the suspect set Lawrence Onyejekwe, John Omeren, Chijioke Anayo, Emmanuel Phillip, Titus Terkuwe and Hope Effiong on fire, a few days ago, over an argument that ensued between them on the premises of the company. The suspect had allegedly sprayed the victims with insecticide before setting them on fire with a match stick.

Two of the victims, Onyejekwe and Ameren, reportedly died instantly before they could be rushed to the hospital, while the four others escaped death, but were seriously injured. Nigerian Tribune reported that the suspect had wanted to escape from the premises of the company but was apprehended and handed over to the police at Festac Town Police Station by the management of the company.

Snoop Lion Excommunicated From The Rastafari Community

Snoop Lion excommunicated from the Rastafari Community, according to Bunny Wailer! Bunny has always had his doubts about  Snoop Lion ‘s intent and now his skepticism has taken an even stronger stance, that of excommunication. The news was broken via his  Facebook  profile and via  press release . Recently Snoop Lion has struggled to convince the Rastafari and Reggae community that he is sincere about his profession of, and transition to the faith, principles and beliefs of Rastafari. Most doubtful is Bunny Wailer the only living member of the original Wailer. ‘ Excommunication is a religious censure used to deprive, suspend, or limit membership in a religious community or to restrict certain rights within it. Some groups use the term disfellowship instead, ‘ stated Bunny’s official release.
