Nollywood movie marketers, who usually provide the money for movie productions, have placed a ban on our dear Mercy Johnson and their excuse for going after her is quite ridiculous, to say the least. They say she is too expensive. But funny enough, Mercy Johnson is not as expensive as the likes of Omotola or Genevieve. The only thing is she appear in almost every movie these days and since she is in high demand the "local" Marketers think that her fee, which is around N2m, is too much and decided to stop her. But Mercy Johnson is not taking it easy with them. See her reaction below; She says any market who can't afford her fee should get a cheaper actress rather than kill her career.
