Uyo Stadium, A Gift To The Youths – Ebong

The newly constructed and soon to be commissioned 30,000 seater Uyo stadium is a gift to the youth of Akwa Ibom in particular and Nigeria in general. Conducting the sporting media round the wonderful edifice yesterday, the state commissioner of youth and sports Mr Monday Ebong Uko said “ this is a legacy to be handed over to our youths, not only in Akwa Ibom but Nigeria as a whole” MAGNIFICIENT: Newly built 30,000 seater Uyo Stadium ready for commissioning by the Akwa Ibom State Governor, Godswill Akpabio. PHOTO: Tony Ubani He was all praise for the visionary leadership of His Excellency the Executive Governor of the state Dr Godswill Akpabio whose uncommon transformation agenda has become a legendary trademark world wide when governance is the topic of discussion. Earlier, Architect Ime Ekpo project consultant who took the sports writers round the facility explained that it compared favourably with any of its kind in the world. He spoke about the training pitch annex, the eight lane Olympic sized track and revealed that already the state is in custody of an IAAF certification to host any world class track and field event. He said outside perhaps the Abuja national stadium size wise, “ this was the best stadium in the land” Facilities in the stadium include hospitality suites, bullet proof state box that sits 70, state of the art dressing rooms, sick bay and enough parking spaces. Snoop Lion Excommunicated From The Rastafari Community

Snoop Lion excommunicated from the Rastafari Community, according to Bunny Wailer! Bunny has always had his doubts about  Snoop Lion ‘s intent and now his skepticism has taken an even stronger stance, that of excommunication. The news was broken via his  Facebook  profile and via  press release . Recently Snoop Lion has struggled to convince the Rastafari and Reggae community that he is sincere about his profession of, and transition to the faith, principles and beliefs of Rastafari. Most doubtful is Bunny Wailer the only living member of the original Wailer. ‘ Excommunication is a religious censure used to deprive, suspend, or limit membership in a religious community or to restrict certain rights within it. VIDEO: Two Girls Stripped In Public For Stealing Brazilian Hair

These two young girls were stripped naked in public by a shop owner after they were caught stealing  Brazilian hair . According to information gathered, these girls entered  the shop  as if they were interested in purchasing something. One of the girl’s intentionally decided to engage the owner in a conversation by asking lot of questions on the types of  Brazilian  hairs at the store and then the other girl was busy stealing Brazilian hairs.
