IT looks like Kim Kardashian has gone back to basics after a string of recent fashion disasters.

The pregnant US reality star was spotted in her tried and tested leather trousers, which she paired with black high heels and a long beige coat.

32-year-old Kim went out for a meal with sisters Khloe and Kourtney before heading over to the grand opening of fitness guru Tracy Anderson's new studio.

And her burgeoning baby bump was barely visible under the baggy top.

The star - who has been receiving maternity fashion advice from veteran singer Bette Midler - was often seen out and about sporting the skin-tight leather pants before becoming pregnant.

But since she’s been expecting things have gone a bit downhill.
