As the rumours of the death of Prophet Elijah Iretiola Ajanaku persists, the Ipaja-Ayobo location of the church has somewhat become deserted.

Our correspondent who visited the No. 17, Koya Akinwale Street, off Aina Obembe Street Ipaja Ayobo, Lagos property of the Christ Revival Victory Church, found the premises near-empty, with the few members around looking confused and lost; yet to make anything of the spreading death reports.

Although multiple sources say he is dead, on Monday, August 19, 2013, the church PRO,Tosin Kaleye who spoke to our reporter denied the death rumour insisting that he could not at the moment confirm the prophet’s death

Meanwhile, the family of the prophet are yet to make an official statement regarding the reports, hence the rumour lingers on; with some section of the media already reporting his remains have been moved to a mortuary.
