1) Wait To Take Aspirin:Do not assume that you are having a heart attack until you are checked by the doctor. There are many diseases having similar symptoms like heart attack and can be cured by simply using a pain killer.

2) Alert Others:When you felt pain in heart of have symptoms of heart attack let your friends know. 119 is the emergency number. Make a call on that number to have some urgent medical treatments. Remember that every second counts, do not waste time.

3) Lower Your Heart Rate And Intake Of Oxygen:During heart attack our body is not able to breadth heavily and rapidly. Therefore we should try to relax our self by thinking of some sweet memories of past. This will help to slow down the rate of your beat.

4) Increase Your Oxygen Intake:When your heart beat is lower down and your body relaxed somewhat, then try to increase the oxygen supply to heart. For that you should lie back on the floor and should elevate your legs. Try to get some fresh air. Open door and windows of your room or turn your air condition on.
5) Perform Cough CRP:Try to take breathe from your nose and cough every three seconds. This releases any blockage from the throat and gives you relief.
