A shocking video has surfaced online of Azubuike Nwajoku, a candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Rivers state, demanding a refund of some money he gave an electoral officer. According to video, the man stormed the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) office on Sunday, demanding a refund of his N12million which he allegedly gave the officer to enable him win last weekend’s election into the Rivers state House of Assembly.

The Trent reports that the man made his way into the INEC office in Ikwerre local government area, alongside his thugs, demanding the money he paid since he did not win in the said local government area.
