18-Year-Old Girl Meets Man In Benin Hotel, Found Dead Hours Later

An 18-year-old girl was reportedly found dead in a hotel room in Benin.

According to News sources, Chinyere Onorfue checked into a hotel with a man, Emmanuel Ajayi on the 19th of August and was found dead at about 8pm on the same day, with her throat slashed.

Police investigation led to the capture and arrest of Emmanuel Ajayi and another suspect who were allegedly found in the hotel room, with the girl’s mobile phone in their possession. They were paraded before journalists in Benin.

In a related occurrence, state commissioner of police also paraded 20 suspects who allegedly gang raped their victims at different locations in Benin.

Amongst them were Emmanuel Okoro, Lucky Ighodaro, Moses Israel and Osakpamwan Ameye, who allegedly dragged their 20-year-old victim (names withheld) into an uncompleted building at Evboutubu area of Benin at about 10 pm and gang-raped her.
