Major Hamza Al Mustapha, the Chief Security Officer to former Military Head of State, Sani Abacha from November to his death in June 1998 has come out to tel his version of the events that led to the death of the former dictator. Speaking to Africa Telegram, Al Mustapha, who spent a number of years in detention rebuffed many popular versions of Abacha’s death.
